Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Stamps loyalty infrastructure, merchant dashboard, and APIs.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, accepting an organization invitation, or using the Stamps API, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. You must have authority to bind that organization and provide accurate registration information.
2. The service
Stamps provides organization-scoped tools for loyalty programs, members, balances, reward claims, API credentials, and transaction records. Organizations control their program rules and customer relationships. Features may evolve while preserving reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, API keys, program integrations, and authorized users. API keys must remain server-side. Notify us promptly at eddie@dxform.ph if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Stamps to break applicable law; infringe rights; send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; probe another tenant; bypass quotas; distribute malware; or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive traffic or suspend an organization to protect customers and the platform.
5. Customer data
Your organization retains responsibility for the customer information it submits and must have a lawful basis to process it. You instruct Stamps to process that data solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for loyalty operations.
6. Loyalty obligations
Your organization—not Stamps—is responsible for published rewards, eligibility rules, expiration policies, consumer disclosures, taxes, and fulfillment. Stamps records instructions received through authorized credentials but does not guarantee a merchant’s rewards.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability under these standard terms. Planned maintenance, provider incidents, abuse prevention, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect access. Any separate written service agreement controls if it conflicts with this section.
8. Fees
Pricing, included usage, and billing terms will be shown before paid service begins. Taxes and third-party integration costs may apply. We will not charge a payment method without authorization.
9. Suspension and termination
You may request account closure and data export. We may suspend access for security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. We will provide reasonable notice when practical and retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, and documented retention practices.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and implied warranties are disclaimed. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Stamps’ aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
